Returns

Returned items must be received within 14 days of delivery. In the event that 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately PMU Nation cannot offer you a refund.

All items returned must be unused and in the original condition. If the item has been opened, used or altered you are not eligible for a return.

To request a return and refund, please email info@pmunation.com.au with your receipt or order number and the items you wish to return. 

We will then provide you with the instructions to complete your return.

The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

You'll receive an email as soon as we receive your return and again once your refund has been processed. 

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of delivery to us, at which time we will issue a full refund minus any original shipping costs and will follow up with a return confirmation email.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item/s back at our warehouse. Weekends aren’t included in business days and we only begin this countdown when the items are received into our warehouse, not when they were posted back.

Once your return has been received by PMU Nation we will notify you by email to confirm we have received the item. We will review the products to ensure they are in the original condition. Please allow 5 days for this process to be completed.

Once the item/s have been approved for return by PMU Nation we will notify you by email that your refund has been accepted. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Can I get my refund on a different card?

Unfortunately, we can only ever issue product refunds back to the original method of payment supplied at checkout. If you have lost or cancelled your card, this will not affect your refund as your bank will be able to transfer your payment over to your new account. You can discuss this further with your payment provider.

 

Late or missing refunds

In an event you haven’t received your refund, please follow the below steps:

  1. Allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account.

  2. Contact your banking institution to ensure the refund hasn’t been blocked by your bank.

  3. If after 14 days, your refund hasn’t be received please contact PMU Nation at info@pmunation.com.au

 

Exchanges 

PMU Nation does not offer exchanges. 

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a refund if the item/s are returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase, this resolution applies if:

  • You are not satisfied with the quality, or

  • You have purchased the incorrect item.


Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

 

Damaged or defective items

PMU Nation offers to replace items if they are damaged or defective. We do not replace items if only the packaging is damaged or defective. 

If your items arrived damaged or defective please send photo proof to info@pmunation.com.au to arrange your replacement.

 

Returns Shipping

The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to return any items. 

PMU Nation will not refund the shipping costs incurred with the original order.

PMU Nation does not refund the cost of any shipping costs incurred when returning any items for refund.

When returning an item, we request that you consider using a trackable service or purchasing postal insurance. PMU Nation cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it is the responsibility of the shipping company. If you are unable to provide a tracking number and the item is lost in transit, you will not be eligible for a return or refund.
